Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the protection of wild flora and wild fauna not to be hunted in the Free State of Bavaria. The text consists of 27 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General protection provisions (I); Special protection provisions for wild flora (II); Special protection provisions for wild non-huntable fauna (birds and others) (III); Prohibition of possession and of bringing into circulation; evidence of origin, registers of dealers (IV); Exceptions (V); Penalties (VI).
