Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Schleswig-Holstein Nature Protection Law of 6 March 2007. Article 1 and article 2 establish respectively the competences of the supreme and superior Nature Protection Authority, whereas articles 3 and 4 deal respectively with the upper and lower Nature Protection Authority. Article 6 concerns participation of fishing authorities. The text consists of 8 articles.
