Abstract

This plan, prepared under the Nature Conservation Act 1992, concerns whales and dolphins in Queensland. Part 2 provides for the administration of the plan and specifies the management intents of the plan itself. Part 3 covers the taking, using, keeping and protecting whales and dolphins. Part 4 is dedicated to the accidental take or stranding of whales and dolphins and Part 5 provides for special interest whales and dolphins.
