Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Act on protection of nature and landscape conservation of 23 May 1996. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the Organization, tasks, utilization and compensation of the Nature Conservation Service and the purpose of the Nature Conservation Service being the assistance in the enforcement of nature and landscape protection legislation throughout the whole national territory. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Organization (II); Responsibilities of Nature Protection Service (III); Rights and duties of nature rangers (IV); Compensation (V); Final provisions (V).
