Abstract

This plan, prepared under the Nature Conservation Act 1992, concerns the conservation of eulo lizard races in Queensland. It contains provisions on licensing (sect. 5), tagging (sect. 8), the taking and keeping of lizards. Under section 12, before the expiry of each licence, collectors must return lizards to the place from which they were taken and remove the lizards’ tags.
