Abstract This Law, of Nine Sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for the compensation of people related to Nature Calamities. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (1a) establishes that the government has the power to declare a Nature Calamity upon Minister of Agriculture advice. Section (2) establishes that a person that has been harmed by a Nature Calamity can obtain a governmental compensation. Section (3) sets conditions for the obtainment of a compensation.
