Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 48 sections divided into eight Parts and completed by six Schedules, made under the Natural Resources Management Act 2004, provide for National Resources Management plans and reports and the establishment of an Aboriginal Advisory Committee, for the management and protection of water resources and for the control of plants and animals.
