Abstract

Under this Act, the Natural Resources Conservation Trust Fund is established with the purpose of promoting, through education, research and demonstration, the wise use of renewable resources, awareness, enhancement and protection of the environment and use of the most efficient and most effective methods for trapping wildlife (sect. 2). The Act provides for the administration of the Trust by a Board of Trustees.
