Abstract

This Order declares an area set out in Part 1 of the Schedule to be a Environmental Protection Area pursuant to section 33 of the Natural Resources Conservation Authority Act and specifies, in the Schedule, the boundaries of the Park. Section 33 grants power to the Minister if he or she is satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so, by Order, declare any area to be an environmental protection area and direct the Natural Resources Conservation Authority to prepare an environmental protection plan for that area.
