Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 22 of the Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act. In particular, the Regulations shall apply to every scheme of marketing approved under the Act whether approved before or after this Regulation becomes effective, and to every marketing board or commission constituted, appointed or elected in accordance with the provisions of any such scheme of marketing. The text consists of 9 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Application of regulations (2); Powers of marketing boards (3); Powers of Provincial board (4); Investigation of irregularities (4.1); Repealed (5-6); Fee for filing an appeal (6.1); Repealed (7); Termination of former agency designations (8); Publication of schemes and amendments(9).
