Abstract This Act, consisting of 38 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by two Schedules, provides for the establishment of the Natural Gas Authority of South Australia and defines its composition, functions and powers. Functions of the Authority include to buy and sell petroleum, and to convey and deliver petroleum to a purchaser.
