Abstract

The present Regulations enact subsection 104(1) of the Canada Marine Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the management of harbours. The first Part of the Regulations is entitled “Safety of persons and ships in harbours” and deals with the following matters: prohibitions, removal from waters, fire protection, dangerous situations, emergencies, accidents and incidents and precautionary measures.
