Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 28 sections divided into six Parts and completed by four Schedules, implement the Native Vegetation Act 1991 by specifying the definition of native vegetation; the permitted clearance of native vegetation; Motorsport Park; listing the species of vegetation covered by the regulations, calling for compliance with management plans, defining restrictions on clearance of vegetation and providing the necessary forms. Schedule 1 establishes prescribed circumstances in which native vegetation may be cleared (such as: clearance of native vegetation for the purposes of mining activities).
