Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of eight Parts and two Schedules, provides for the management and conservation of native vegetation in New South Wales. It is divided as follows: Part 1 Preliminary; Part 2 Development consent for clearing; Part 3 Property vegetation plans; Part 4 Assessment of broadscale clearing—environmental outcomes; Part 5 Clearing under PVP for purposes of private native forestry; Part 6 Routine agricultural management activities; Part 7 Special provisions for vulnerable land; Part 8 Miscellaneous; Schedule 1 Penalty notice offences; Schedule 2 Amendment of Native Vegetation Act 2003 No 103.
