Abstract

These Rules, made under Section 15 of the Fisheries Act, prescribe the procedures of inquiry into claims of interest in customary fishing rights by the Native Fisheries Commission. The Forms set out in the First and Second Schedule shall be used for recording the boundaries and owners of fishing rights. (11 rules and two Schedules)
