Abstract

The National youth policy is part of the Rwanda’s 2020 vision. In fact the youth constitutes a cornerstone sector. This domain has to do with all the MDG sectors and is, as a result, one of the 2020 vision. The general objective of the National youth policy is to promote the youth economic, social, cultural, intellectual and moral welfare. Its end is also to create conditions that are favourable for their integration in all sectors of the society so as to let them become stakeholders of sustainable development.
