Abstract

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Sanitation, made pursuant to section 5(5) of the National Water Act, 1998, establishes nine water management areas as described in the Schedule to this Notice as a component of the National Water Resource Strategy 2. The boundaries for each water management area are described; and that a Catchment Management Agency (CMA) will be established in each Water Management Area.
