Abstract

Utility supply services comprise (I) water supply service, including potable water supply service, (II) electricity supply service, including generation, transmission, distribution and supply of electricity, and (III) sewerage services, including the collection, transportation, treatment and disposal of household and industrial waste. The Minister may make Regulations to give effect to this Act, in relation to technical regulation and setting of standards, protection of consumers and the general public, access to information regarding the utility supply service, and environmental standards.
