Abstract The purpose of the present Regulation is to enable the association to encourage, promote and assist in the development of confectionery and oilseed sunflowers in Manitoba. Section 3 establishes that the National Sunflower Association of Canada, Inc. is designated as the representative organization of all producers of sunflowers. Every producer who produces and markets sunflowers shall pay a certain fee to the association for all sales of sunflowers in Manitoba. The text consists of 10 sections.
