Abstract

The overall goal of this strategy is to strengthen human resources and skills to advance low-emission and climate-resilient development in Uganda. To attain its objectives, the document sets out various key strategies, including: 1) build capacity and strengthen the UNFCCC National Focal Point for Uganda; 2) strengthen the Department of Meteorology. Further strategies deal with agriculture, water and energy.
