Abstract The National Strategic Plan (NSP) of the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) has been developed using a collaborative process among government ministries and agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the private sector. The NSP is designed as a framework to coordinate the articulated medium term development goals and objectives of the RMI government at the national level. The NSP will be used by government leaders as the roadmap for development and progress in the medium term (2015–2017) and will be continually updated for use in meeting longer term objectives.
