Abstract

This Standard is a compulsory standard. The Standard stipulates the operating specifications and hygienic control requirements for the procurement of raw materials and finished products, processing, storage, transportation and in-flight catering services of of aviation food. The Appendix A of the Standard provides the Guidelines for Microbial Monitoring and Control Procedures for Aviation Food.
