The long-term vision is a middle income nation free from constant or periodic critical levels of poverty, deprivation and extreme vulnerability by 2030. Policy objectives and related measures are set out as regards these sectors: social assistance; social security and social health insurance; livelihood and empowerment; protection; disability.
