Abstract

The present Regulations enact subsection 5(8) a of the National Parks Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes that the regions shown on the administrative map plans, the numbers of which are set out in column 2 of an item of the Schedule, that exist in a natural state or that are capable of returning to a natural state are declared to be wilderness areas within the national park set out in column 1 of that item. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule.
