Abstract

Regulations 3 to 11 prohibit certain conduct in a protected area declared such under the Act. Activities include taking or disturbing of animals, polluting of soil, etc, camping, riding horses in specified periods, grazing, use of vessels, fishing, making of fires, etc. A permit allowing such activities shall be granted by the Minister. Regulation 16 prescribes offences and penalties.
