Abstract

The present Regulations provides for the enforcement of the Canada National Parks Act. In particular, they lay down provisions relating to water and sewerage in national parks. The text consists of 27 sections dealing with the following aspects: Prohibitions; Connections to water main and sewer main; Discontinuance of water supply; Applicable charges for water and sewerage. Nine Schedules are enclosed.
