These Regulations provide for the establishment of the Lake Gairdner National Park Co-management Board as the co-management board for the Park (Part 2). They establish composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Board as well as general provisions on administrative and legal proceedings related to all authorised activities to be performed in this park.
