The Regulations prohibit the import, export or re-export of game species, protected species, endangered species or listed species without obtaining a permit prior to the import, export or re-export. The Regulations provide the conditions for the grant of the respective permit to include, among other things, a clearance from the Scientific Authority, a clearance from the Management Authority, the payment of prescribed fees, etc. The permits are valid for a single usage, unless the contrary is provided.
