Abstract The Regulation makes provision for the implementation of Parts 7 (Fauna), 7A (Marine mammals special provisions) and 9 (Licensing, etc., in respect of fauna and native plants) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974. It establishes the procedure for the issue of registration certificates and of the following licences: import or export licence, fauna dealer (kangaroo) licence, trappers licence (birds), wholesaler.
