The Ordinance also provides some rules relative to use of these protected areas. The Governor may make Regulations: to place restrictions on activities that may cause pollution or disturbance to the ecology of a protected area; or for the preservation of any particular form of living organism (including vegetable or marine life) in any part of the Islands.
