Part One gives definitions. Part Two regards behaviour norms in national parks. secs. (2) to (10) deal with various behaviour aspects related to national parks, such as entering, staying, bathing, littering etc. Part Three regards dangers. Section (11) prohibits the causing of danger within a national park. Section (12) prohibits the bringing of animals to a national park unless authorized by the Director of the Parks Authority. Dogs can be allowed if they are well tied and have a muzzle. secs. (13) to (19) regard limitations for creating noise, causing damage to property and to plants, ball playing, fire lighting and tree climbing. Part Four regard hunting and fishing. Section (20) prohibits the hunting or fishing within the boundary of a national park unless authorized by the director. Section (21) provide with hunting and fishing authorization limitations. Part Five regards inspector powers. secs. (22) to (23) give powers to the inspector to carry out this Law. Part Six provides with entry fees procedures. Annex three lists exemption conditions for entry fees. Part Seven sets general provisions. Section (26) regards person’s in-charge of children and their responsibilities.
