Sections 5 and 6 place restrictions on residence in parks. No person shall hunt in national park, but fishing is allowed and hunting for the preservation of species is allowed. Various other activities are prohibited in a national park. The High Commissioner may make rules generally for the better carrying out of purposes of this Act and in particular, may regulate, matters listed in section 14. (14 sections) Full text English
