Abstract

The Act institutes the National Parks Board supervising the creation and management of National Parks, where all animals and plants shall be reared and protected. No animal in these parks can be captured or killed, nor plant extirpated or destroyed. No agricultural, mining, or building operations shall be set on those protected areas.
