The Act makes provisions for the establishment of the National Parks Advisory Council, which shall assist the Minister on matters relating to the conservation, utilization, management and development of National Parks. Furthermore, a Committee shall be established in each National Park and shall be responsible for the conservation and management of the National Park. The occupation or use of lands within a National Park is permitted only for the purposes and under the conditions established in section 9.
