Abstract

The present Law establishes the National Park Wadden Sea Schleswig-Holstein. In particular, the purpose of the Park is to conserve the wadden sea including some dune islands for their own purposes, and, in particular, to protect it as living space for organisms and animals living there, as well as the symbiosis existing among them. The text consists of 11 articles as follows: Establishment of National Park (1); Protective purpose and other purposes (2); Borders of the National Park (3); Protection zones (4); Provisions on protection (5); Permitted activities and uses, exceptions and exemptions (6); Competent authorities (7); Advisory boards (8); Compensation, compensation for hardship (9); Penalties (10); Transitional provisions, entry into force, repeal (11).
