As stated in section 2, if any land within the province is deemed to be suitable for a National Park, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make and order vesting the lands, together with all buildings, appurtenances, easements, streams, and water courses thereto belonging or adjacent in Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Prince Edward Island.
