This section allows the Minister to delegate to either any Minister of State appointed to assist the Minister, or to the Commissioner or any other senior officer of the Ministry responsible for Lands, his or her authority to carry out any of the functions under the provisions of this Act, other than sections 5(2) (Appointment of an advisory Committee), 23 (rules and regulations with respect to reserves created under section 6 of the principal Act), and 44 (Regulations to give effect to sections 41 to 46).
