Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Canada National Parks Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the control and management of the National Historic Parks of Canada. Section 3 establishes that no person shall disturb, remove, deface, damage or destroy any archaeological site or historical resource in a Park. The text – consisting of 36 sections – deal, inter alia, with the following matters: use of water resources, restricted areas and activities, authorization, prevention of nuisances, camping, fires, explosives, aircrafts, vessels, agreements and agreements.
