It endorses certain sections of the enclosed Flood Risk Management Plan RMP 2015 which transposes the Europena Directive 2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood risks into Austrian law. In particular, the Plan defines appropriate goals for risk reduction and measures their ranking.
