Abstract

The National Five Year Development Plan is multi-sectoral national plan of the United Republic of Tanzania for the period 2016/17-2020/2021. Its main goal is to ensure industrialization, human development, and implementation effectiveness for which it lists a set of multi-sectoral objectives.
