The Foundation shall administer donations of real or personal property, or interests therein, in connection with Fish and Wildlife Service programs and conservation activities in the United States. The Foundation shall have a governing board of nine directors to be appointed by the Secretary of the Interior. The Act prohibits condemnation by State or local governments of property owned by the Foundation and determined by the Director of the Fish and Wildlife Service to be valuable for purposes of fish and wildlife conservation or management.
