Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the National Energy Board Act. In particular, the Regulations designates certain substances as oil products and exempts certain kinds of oil from the operation of certain provisions of the National Energy Board Act. Section 2 lists the designations and section 3 deals with the exemptions. The text consists of 3 sections.
