Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the National Energy Board Act. The Regulations apply in respect of hydrocarbon processing plant. Section 4 establishes that a company shall ensure that its processing plant is designed, constructed, operated or abandoned in accordance with the provisions of the present Regulations. The text consists of 57 sections divided into 8 Parts as follows: General (1); Design (2); Construction (3); Testing and examination (4); Operation (5); Reporting (6); Audits, inspections and record retention (7); Consequential amendment and coming into force (8).
