Abstract The National Employment Strategy is a national policy with a multi-sectoral approach. The timeframe of the Strategy is 10 years between 2014 and 2023. The overall goal of the Strategy is to reduce the unemployment rate including unregistered employment rate in the agriculture sector and to increase employment rate by 2023 with holistic approach, equal opportunities, labour protection, strengthened social dialogue and incentive approach.
