Abstract This Regulation provides for setting up an information system (NEIS) for procedure and technical processing for data access, reports and submission of the national emissions trading certificates in accordance to National Emission Certificate Trading Act 2022. The Regulation provides a list on those who are entitled to participate in the NEIS, and provides for data transmission on calculation and declaration made by the participants with regard to energy levies. The text describes the registration process, filing and report on the greenhouse gas emission, and further provides on the exemption measures for trading participants, diplomatic or consular purposes. The Regulation further elaborates on the procedure for use of exemptions. The text consists of 29 Articles divided into 7 Sections.
