A person shall not import or export drugs into Uganda, without an import licence issued by the Authority. An application for a licence to import drugs shall be made by a licensed person. A licensed person shall before the importation of a consignment of drugs into Uganda apply for a verification certificate using Form 26 in the Schedule to these Regulations.
