The maximum permitted physical defects in all grades of wheat grain shall be as Table 1. The Schedules set out methods of testing and sampling of grain and prescribe certain equipment. The Minister may, on the advice of the National Cereals and Produce Board, by Notice in the Gazette, vary the limits regarding foreign matter in wheat grain for certain wheat harvest seasons in specified areas of Kenya.
