Abstract

The National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plan (NBSAP) is Kiribati’s response to its commitments under the Convention of Biological Diversity (CBD). The NBSAP is a cross-sectoral plan with national coverage that is expected to provide guidelines and strategies for the conservation of biodiversity in Kiribati. The NBSAP covers a five-year period between 2006-2010.
