These Regulations enter into force on 10 January 2013.
Abstract

These Regulations specify the offences against the Act and the National Identification and Tracing (Obligations and Exemptions) Regulations 2012 that are infringement offences and prescribe infringement fees. They further provide for application forms to issue infringement offence notices and reminder notices.
