Abstract

This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements for origin and raw materials, slaughtering and processing, inspection, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of green food meat. The Standard applies to fresh meat, cooled meat and frozen meat of green food meat (including pork, beef, mutton, horse meat, donkey meat, rabbit meat, etc.)
